Cognitive diversity – referred to as diversity of thought –is more vital today than ever before. Boards now face new complexities for their organizations, such as: 1) effective adoption of AI, 2) managing the renaissance happening in organizations that need  new employee talent with strong skills in creativity, curiosity and problem-solving, and 3) alternative ideas or strategic directions ahead.
